what to prepare

  • knife
  • pot or saucepan
  • hot water
  • dish towel
  • server (if available)
  1. Store in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to thoroughly cool the cream.
  2. Pour hot water into a pot or pan and dip the knife blade into it to warm it up (if you do not have a container, pour hot water directly onto the blade).
  3. Wipe the knife thoroughly with a dish towel.
  4. Insert the tip of the knife diagonally into the cake and gently push and pull to cut.
  5. Serve the cake with a server (if you do not have a server, use a knife instead)

・Reservations can be made in-store or online. Please make a payment at the time of reservation.

・We serve you one chocolate plate per whole cake.

・Candles are available for a fee.
