Q. Is there a limit to the number of cakes I can purchase for takeout?
Since all products are handmade, there is a limited number that can be produced.
To ensure that we can serve as many customers as possible, we ask for your cooperation in limiting the number of items each customer can purchase at one time.
<Purchase on the day> Up to 10 slices or 1 whole cake
<Reservations> Up to 30 cuts or 3 whole cakes
Q.Can I reserve a seat?
We do not accept reservations for seats as we will guide you in the order in which you arrive.
Please note that you may have to wait depending on the time of day.
Q. How do I reserve a whole cake?
Since these items are made to order, we request that you place your order at least three days in advance, and payment is collected at the store at the time of reservation.
Whole cakes are available in size 24 (18cm in diameter) in addition to size XNUMX (XNUMXcm in diameter) that we usually offer at our stores.
Size 8 is available in limited quantities and can be purchased on the day.
Regarding size 6, we have decided which products are available depending on the season.

Q.Can I reserve a cut cake online?
For online reservations, we are currently only accepting whole cakes.
We apologize for any inconvenience, but please reserve your sliced cake at the store at least three days in advance.
Q.Which cakes are available for custom orders?
Available cakes vary depending on the season.

Q.Can I customize a custom-made cake? (No fruit, Western alcohol, etc.)
We make the most of the deliciousness of the ingredients and create products that satisfy our customers.
Please note that we do not accept customization because we want to deliver products in the best condition.
