Q. Is there a limit to the number of cakes I can purchase for takeout?
Since all products are handmade, there is a limited number that can be produced.
To ensure that we can serve as many customers as possible, we ask for your cooperation in limiting the number of items each customer can purchase at one time.
<Purchase on the day> Up to 10 slices or 1 whole cake
<Reservations> Up to 30 cuts or 3 whole cakes
Q. Can I order a cake cut in half?
At Herbs, we have been manufacturing cakes with a focus on taste and size that will satisfy our customers.
We hope you enjoy each cut as is.
Q.Can I reserve the cake?
Due to limited storage space, we are unable to accept reservations during busy periods such as Christmas and the New Year holidays.
Q.What kind of services are available if I purchase a whole cake?
For customers who purchase a whole cake, we will provide one chocolate plate for each whole cake.
Q. Can you cut the whole cake for me?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a cutting service for whole cakes.
Please note that if you purchase 10 individual slices of cake and wish to have them packaged as a whole cake, an additional packaging fee of 300 yen will be charged.
Q.Can I have a chocolate plate attached to the cut cake I get in the store?
This is a service provided to customers who purchase whole cakes, and we cannot offer them as products offered in-store.
Q.Can I order it?

We apologize, but as this product is not shock resistant, we are only selling it in stores.
At Herbs, in pursuit of freshness, we do not freeze or preserve our products at all, and our products are manufactured daily without the use of additives to preserve their shape.

We do not have our own online shop, so we are limited to in-store sales, but only Matsuzakaya Takatsuki store accepts telephone orders with cash on delivery.

Q.Can I take the leftover cake home?
We apologize for the inconvenience, but due to food hygiene reasons, we cannot accept orders.
