- Herb's cakes are made with minimal additives to keep their shape, resulting in a very soft cake.

Please understand that we make our products with a method that prioritizes deliciousness. - Please note that the amount of time you can carry it around will vary depending on the season and environment.
(When using a cooler bag: 50 minutes in summer / 2 hours in winter) - If you are using it as a lucky charm for a wedding or other occasion, please be aware that the shape may be distorted during transportation.
- If you are taking your cake home by car, we recommend that you bring someone with you to support the cake while you drive.
- As this is a made-to-order product, cancellations and changes can be made up to 3 days before the delivery date.
We cannot accept returns after the deadline. If you are unable to pick up the item on the day, we will dispose of it.
